Reserving at the Conference Hotel

Hotel Deadline: December 5, 2025

*Due to limited space we recommend booking as early as possible to receive this special rate—please note that once the reserved/contracted room block is full, the room availability and rate are not guaranteed and may vary.

Participants are eligible for the conference room rate of $169 per night (single or double, plus tax, and NO RESORT FEE) at the La Fonda Hotel, 100 East San Francisco St. Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501, USA. Additional guests are $15 per guest.

Taxes: Room rates are subject to prevailing taxes, currently 15.1875%; 7% Lodgers Tax and 8.1875% Gross Receipts Tax.

Government Per Diem: First-come, first-serve by calling the hotel directly at 800-523-5002 or 505-982-5511 (choose option #1 and let them know you are with PCSI-51 and/or #1161853.

Please make your reservations by December 5, 2025. The hotel will require a credit card number (plus expiration date) to guarantee the first night’s stay. For those eligible, the hotel may offer a small number of rooms at Government rates.

Please note, most attendees will arrive on Saturday or Sunday (afternoon)  and leave on Thursday (afternoon) (unless they wish to stay longer and enjoy the surrounding attractions). While available, this special room rate will be offered three days pre and post confernece.

Cancellation: Individual reservations must be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a one (1) night room and tax charge.
